My family has lived at The Marq for 3 years. We love to call The Marq our home. The amenities are great as well as the community here. They have done a great job updating the club room, lounge area, etc. The office staff Emily and Graci are always welcoming and ready to answer any questions that arise and do a great job setting up events for the community here to get together. We have had our apartment here at the Marq for over a year and a half and it has exceeded our expectations. It’s a great location and very clean but the staff are really what sets it apart - from the office to the maintenance crew, everyone we have been in contact with are always so very helpful and quick to respond. They go above and beyond whenever we need anything at all and we really appreciate them - well done and thank you so much!

For the past 13 years — yes, 13 years — I have proudly called The Marq at W 7th Street home. What has kept me here? Most importantly, the staff. The Marq team truly works together, understands the needs of its residents, and consistently goes above and beyond to make sure we feel cared for. Location is another huge reason I love living here. I have nothing but good things to say about this apartment complex. Never had any issues that can't be fixed. All maintenance requests have been addressed in less than 24 hours. Super quiet in my apartment itself. 10/10 would recommend
