I enjoyed living here. My experience with the staff on site was positive: they always seemed on top of things. Communication was good and any maintenance requests were dealt with promptly. Building is pretty nice and well-kept. My apartment was an inner courtyard one so noise from E Wash was no issue. Really liked having the river right next door with quick access to bike paths and walking distance to Atwood/Willy. Unit was nice. I would say just a slight touch above a "standard" luxury apartment. The Marling Apartments has been the greatest place to live EVER!! The units are spacious and the closets are huge. There is tons of outdoor areas to enjoy as well as community spaces that made hosting a breeze. The best part about the building, though, has to be the office staff. From their kind, friendly, and helpful attitudes to the amazing events they host, they truly go above and beyond. There is always a smiling face in the office whenever I need anything.
