A truly horrible experience lol
Kylie answered my questions promptly, accurately, professionally and is one of the few leasing agents ever to proactively send a site map along with all relevant info to avoid having to go back and forth. This optimized both of our days and is greatly appreciated. I love the property and plan on applying.
I've loved living at the Marling! The location, amenities, building, and management are all fantastic! My unit faces one of the inner courtyards so it's very quiet, the building is always clean, and management is friendly and leaves sweet treats around for the residents (and their dogs!). There is clear communication about bills, no hidden fees, and they manage the property well without being overbearing.
