I've loved living at the Marling! The location, amenities, building, and management are all fantastic! My unit faces one of the inner courtyards so it's very quiet, the building is always clean, and management is friendly and leaves sweet treats around for the residents (and their dogs!). There is clear communication about bills, no hidden fees, and they manage the property well without being overbearing. The management here is part of a giant corporation and has 0 sense of resident loyalty. One time their system had an error with pulling the rent out of my account and my bank confirmed that the error was on the Apartment management's end....but these people still charged me late fees and forced me to pay my rent with a cashiers check for three months. I lived at The Marling for two years and had a fantastic experience. I was drawn to The Marling for its great location, but stayed because of the awesome management. They were super responsive, set up fun events, and were always friendly. If I weren’t moving to another state, I would have stayed here longer!
