The Markham - Beware I stayed in "The Markam" situated at Cupertino for 3 months and while vacating they charging more than 400 USD on the name on Carpet cleaning, House cleaning and House painting. Even though I have got the house cleaned These charged are very high compared to the apartment at other places.
