large complex this was a nice place to live for most part, card operated laundry, helpful managers. rec room to rent out. tenents were fairly quiet. The place is huge though and never felt homey.
DO NOT MOVE HERE Bottom line: luxurious units and nice amenities with reasonable prices and friendly staff dazzle you into signing a lease and once theyâve hooked you and youâve moved in, they are indifferent to your existence as long as you pay rent on time When you want to move out, they will be rude and try to keep your all of your deposit money. Bad security (cars get broken into) and terrible staff. BEWARE of Prometheus Properties/Orchard Glen and if you do decide to move into one, take video/pix during the move in ... read more

The people working in the leasing office are absolutely rude idiots and they totally mis-manage it. I shared my experiences with you in this terrible place. There are lots of complaints by former or existing tenants about the management in this apartment complex, so my experience is definitely not isolated. 1. Good place to live We lived here for over a year and didn't have any problems with them. The apartment was clean when we moved in and the people were always friendly if we had a question. We took advantage of their hot tub at least once a week and the gym at least twice a month. We did not get our deposit back, but we figured we'd never see it again anyways.

The Markham - Beware I stayed in "The Markam" situated at Cupertino for 3 months and while vacating they charging more than 400 USD on the name on Carpet cleaning, House cleaning and House painting. Even though I have got the house cleaned These charged are very high compared to the apartment at other places. When I inquired about the charges and asked about the details for the charges they are not able to provide the details which caused them to charge more. Mold The musty smell they said would go away once it had been opened up a little, didn't. And we found out why when we were moving out, there was mold growing behind a dress, no where near a water source, other than the outside wall. Don't live there, there's not much you can do but write bad reviews after. They call it mildew and think mildew isn't and issue....well mildew is the product of mold, so thats and issue.
