I would give ZERO stars if i could. Rude manager that hang up our calls just because she is busy or not in the mood. Her name is KIMBERLY. you will be charged for items that are not in the agreement and if you disagree then their reply is this js it and take us to court of you disagree. They would take advantage to charge you for non existing issues assuming that you will pay whatever they put on your check put bill. While living here. I had to fight about trash and parking. My apartment had fleas from day one but they did nothing about it. I don't like pets. Then charged me $500 moving for "pet odors". This information is on my move in report signed and dated. Don't get caught up here...it doesn't end. Even when you're trying to move on.

Document EVERY SINGLE LITTLE THING or else they will take the whole deposit. Yeah call me bitter but I don’t think it’s fair when they take away all the deposit to get the walls “professionally cleaned”. In fact if we didn’t provide a receipt to get everything professionally cleaned then they doc “professional service fee” after “professional service fee”. Ps.
