I have never had a worse experience with a motel/hotel/hospitality industry in my life. The gentleman at the front desk during checkin (~3:40pm Monday March 11th) was not just rude in tone but raised his voice at me. I told him I felt unsafe and wanted to speak to the manager to which he said "GO AHEAD, YOU DON"T KNOW HOW TO SPEAK TO PEOPLE" and pointed out the door in an exaggerated way. Super charming courtyard parking underneath the rooms. Plenty of old world charm including Trompe l’oeil on the courtyard walls and bougainvillea. Cow Hollow is the best location to base yourself and in walking distance to the Marina area including views of the bridge.
Love this place! Great value that includes a kitchen and amazing interior garden filled with beautiful flowers and attention to detail. The room is very stylish and overall has a European feel with great window views of the courtyard. The painted walls are gorgeous and staff is extremely accommodating!
