Walls are thin, the office is not helpful or reassuring at all. If my neighbors and I can hear each other thru that walls, it’s not us being too loud it’s the quick and awful construction of this place. You’re just paying a high price for the aesthetics, the quality of the apartments suck. Oh and did I mention there are rats running around the whole complex?

Low quality build, management are disrespectful, rude, and unwilling to work with you on issues. Lack of professionalism will leave you wishing you had never moved in
Courtney Broussard is the BEST leasing specialist they have. Ask for her and you will ALWAYS have outstanding customer service and she will go above and beyond for you.
Not sure who runs this place as I have not been able to get ahold of the manager due to, “we have been on a week long vacation and she is busy attending our residents.” “Ashley” said after I asked to speak with them. I wanted to transfer but what are the odds of me as resident getting an answer when I can’t even get it when inquiring about the place? Thanks, Ashley.
Thank goodness we found the Mansions. The staff, Libby, Courtney, Bianca, and Ashley are always very helpful. As are Sylvia and Marivel!! There is always a friendly face, dog treats and coffee in the office! Troy and Isaias are great when it comes to any maintenance that needs to be done!
I was really excited moving to the Georgetown area from another complex that had a lot of issues. Until I got new neighbors that blast music until all hours of the night and have loud sound systems. The base from upstairs is unreal. Unfortunately there is no on call security so these issues keep continuing. As much as I like this new community, sleeping at night is out of the question.
