Recommended5 out 5 ⭐️ This property is located in the hills of lakeway, making it a quite getaway from busy city life. The resort style pool and upscale gym makes life much simpler, when I work such crazy hours. I love the floor plans that they offer, and the garage is definitely a plus! The office staff is always so helpful and accommodating when an issue may arise. I love it here ❤️#homesweethome

Recently, my wife and I were having problems. She signed a lease for an apartment at The Mansions, but 2 days later and BEFORE she moved in, she changed her mind and begged the management at The Mansions to let her out of the lease tearfully telling them we would stay together and work on our marriage. They refused to void the lease, refused to take the keys back, and are charging us for an empty apartment. We didn’t have the best of experience. Apparently is common to have warms in your apartment. They have a pest control problem. They would only bring the pest control person if you need it. Well living on the ground floor requires more than one visit per month. Also the place is falling apart at least the apartment we lived in. When you are taking a shower the light would go out (they said it was a safety feature) don’t get it. The light on the front hallway did the same thing. Weird!! RecommendedGreat staff. Beautiful apartments. Awesome pool and one of the best apartment community gyms I've seen--no need to get a gym membership elsewhere. They also do a great job with community events from having food trucks to wine tastings. Most events are complimentary too! Definitely recommend.
Me and my boyfriend recently moved here after touring 20 apartments in the surrounding areas. Safe to say we LOVE it here. The grounds are nice and professionally maintained. The staff is wonderful, shout out to Adrian for an awesome move in experience, and our apartment is beautiful. I would recommend 10/10 to anyone looking to move to the area.
