The office sent out an email months ago about the no parking that was going to be issued, curbs would be painted red and vehicles parked in such area would be towed. This was months ago, nothing has been done. It’s the same people parking where they are not supposed to park. Mansions At Lakeway is a horrible place, we are having a really bad experience living here. Leasing office workers and management team are rude and the only thing they care about is collecting your check on time, BTW if you forget to pay one month the penalty is $115 and that's for just one late day!Most Important: Mansions At Lakeway is an UNSAFE complex, just read the reviews below! The location is great and the staff is amazing. They host fun resident events every month and always have great food. The great amenities are the cherry on top!
