Maintenance requests always quick and efficient
I originally rated this property a 1 star but honestly I didn’t know I rated it at all. I did have an appointment to view the property but when I got there they advised they would be back by 230p which was my appointment time. I waited 20 minutes but nobody showed up so I left. The property grounds looked very nice and I do have plans to go back and view the apartments.
A/C repairs were done fast and they were willing to stay late just to get me cooled off again! ....Fantastic. The Mansions are a gated community and they take care of hundreds of units and families, so they're on a very tight schedule and when you do have an issue they keep you informed by email and text and the date the issue will be addressed by and completed.
