I lived here in 2016-2017. The Mansards apartment complex in Griffith has some ups and downs, making it an average living experience. First, the location is convenient—close to shopping centers, restaurants, and major highways, which is a definite plus. However, the actual apartment units feel a bit dated. While they try to maintain the place, you can tell the buildings are older, and the interiors could use some modern updates.
