The apartment smells like weed. Not air friendly.
I lived here in 2016-2017. The Mansards apartment complex in Griffith has some ups and downs, making it an average living experience. First, the location is convenient—close to shopping centers, restaurants, and major highways, which is a definite plus. However, the actual apartment units feel a bit dated. While they try to maintain the place, you can tell the buildings are older, and the interiors could use some modern updates. I lived here in 2016-2017. The apartment was a two bedroom ground floor. While I was there I was pleased with most of the experience. The buildings are a little outdated, but it does have a nice woody/forest vibe. The staff was mediocre. My neighbor was a elder man which he was very nice, we would talk about the day etc.. my neighbors made the experience better - Griffith is a nice town.
My apartment was very nice. Nice and quite at times, i had a neighbor that played his music at 1am to about 3 in the morning. Chritian is very helpful but the others are very unprofessional. Now im waiting on my security deposit back.
