I personally would recommend the manor for my loved ones to be cared for! They have a great staff and if for some reason someone that doesn’t LOVE their job gets mixed in with them, they are let go. I highly recommend The Manor Assisted Living here in Benton. The facilities are beautiful, kept up, clean and the staff are so friendly.
I do not recommend The Manor. 3 days after we had my dad’s funeral I received a call asking for us to pay for the 5 days that my dad’s stuff was still in his room. That is not compassion to me! It really upset me!
Cannot say enough about these sweet people!! They are absolutely amazing!!
Rude to residents, rude to their loved ones. And extremely rude to loved ones when their loved ones passes away. No compassion. When you have to make the hard decision to place your loved one in assisted living center, you shouldn’t have to worry about the type of care they are receiving, because they are angry at you for standing up for them, when their are issues.
The Manor is a very compassionate, caring place. The staff is wonderful and does an excellent job of making everyone feel like family. My mom enjoys the different activities and the various menu options! Any questions I have are always addressed in a timely manner. I am thankful Mom resides at The Manor!
I’ve recently begun following The Manor here on Facebook. I enjoy seeing the staff interacting with the residents in their day to day lives. Covid has been tough on us all and it’s nice to see they have a “family” in their staff. I’ll continue to keep up with all of these friendly faces.
I will never have any of my family live in this place. They were wonderful at first & then management changed & it turned into a terrible place! All the good staff they had left, probably because of management change. I dropped something off for my pawpaw & the nurse came out without a mask on. This was during the Covid mess & to my knowledge everyone is suppose to be wearing mask. They also told my pawpaw that he needed to quit pushing his assist button.
