What a horrible place you run. I scheduled a 3pm cut for my 2 year old son this morning. We came at 245 and by 320 we were still sitting there. I watched multiple walk ins get sat. The only excuse we were given is "some appointments run long." I don't know in what world you expect a 2 year old to sit in your waiting room for 35 minutes and not get crabby.
Brought my grandson in for a haircut and they did an excellent job! Very patient yet efficient and so professional. He loved it!!!

Scheduled appt with Sarah - when I got there guess she was behind so got stuck with " " -- she proceeded to ask me how to cut my hair... how would I know how to cut my hair... needless to say walked away with a complete hack job totally not even close to my normal haircut that I get. I would totally steer clear of her...... not professional in any aspect - not sure how long she has been a stylist but she's got lots to learn - total bummer and thumbs down. My 5 year old tends to freak out when getting his hair done. Today his stylist not only did a great job but made a note for next time of a clipper she would use that would be less loud/scary for him. Great experience today!
