Lilia was amazing! She listened to my ideas for my hair and helped me figure out what would look good. I loved that she told me what she was doing. She is so incredibly sweet and genuine. I was so excited to finally get my hair cut and she made it such an enjoyable experience!

She was great! Very nice. Explained absolutely everything. My hair is very very fine & doesn't take much to get a bad haircut. She listened to my suggestions & was so professional with her suggestions & experience.
Mary is fantastic! Absolutely knowledgeable, gave me great advice on how to care for and maintain my hair, and made my first experience with coloring my hair one to remember.
There was a bit of a mix-up today about what services I needed. On line I accidentally chose "Shampoo and Style" instead of "Women's haircut"..oops. I missed Shannon's call on Friday just double-checking on what I was thinking to have done, so that she could schedule extra time if needed. I called back and was told that she had added extra time in her schedule. When I arrived Shannon was so reassuring and off she went doing her magic. Shannon did an excellent job! After I told her I had weird layers from growing out my hair, she looked at each layer and assessed my hair and discussed what we should do and what to trim. She also evened out parts of my hair that I didn't even know were uneven! Just expected a basic trim, but she went above and beyond! I'll be back for sure!
