I was asked for my zip code and discriminated against because I don’t live in Windermere! I complained 2 times about a service and was told they no longer what my business! If my zip code was different and my home was bigger, I’m sure this wouldn’t have been an issue and I would still be a customer. I became a customer in 2012 when Lynn and first started the business and they were the ones doing the calling to do business with me. They promised a great service but heed my warning, Stay away! Multiple promises my bad experiences were the exception—they were not. Never even close to stated arrival time. They do NOT do the “deep cleaning” other than the first time. They didn’t and haven’t ever cleaned switch plates, don’t dust or clean window sills. Horrible, horrible experiences repeatedly. Wish I could give them 0 stars. They are the worst cleaning services. They don't speak English. And I was having a hard time trying to get them to clean the basement. This was the first and last time that I'm going to have them in my house.
