Orange Team Having used The Maids every other week for several years now, I am finding them much more responsive and more open and pleasant to work with in recent times. I am currently and hopefully 'always' with the Orange Team and they have been doing an outstanding job for me. They make their motto "Nobody cleans like The Maids" an absolute truth. Thank you all so very much.
Nice Touch The 4-person team is thorough and efficient, getting a lot done in a short time so I can get back to work. This is my second cleaning, and each time, at least one of the maids did something a little "extra" --this time, just as they were about to leave, one of the maids quickly cleaned the insides of my living and dining room windows, which hadn't been scheduled for cleaning. When I thanked her, she smiled and said, "I like windows." Nice touch!!
The Maids are the Best! – In the two years I have used the Maids, they, the Blue Team, have always arrived at their scheduled time (never late) and performed their service in a superb manner. We appreciate that the Maids' customer service always gives us a reminder call the week prior to our scheduled service .

Thank you Orange Team!! – I am currently using The Maids for weekly services. With every other service I have used in the past, they start out amazing and slack off over time. I have been a customer now for about 6 months and I still have that "Wow effect" everytime my team cleans my home. I look forward to seeing Orange Team every Tuesday!
Customer Service was five star – I recently needed a cleaning service for my eldery parents and called many services. when I spoke with Melissa at The Maids she was extremely helpful and attentive and took the time to understand my particular situation. When the team showed up they we're very friendly and made my parents feel very comfortable. They then proceeded to do everything I had asked Melissa for and they went above and beyond. I will be recommending The Maids to my friends for a long time. The service was top notch!
We Love the Maids! – Having had a maid service for the better part of 10 years I cannot tell you how happy we are to have found The Maids! We are now in our 3rd year of every other week service with this company and have had 3 of the same ladies the entire time. With previous services we had tried (and their were many) we were lucky to have the same people for a month. Not only do they know my home but they take great pride in making sure I am happy after each visit. I wouldn't trade them for anything!
Not happy at all with the service! – I have never used a maid service before but with two small children and very limited time, I decided to use the service. I got a flyer in a mail and didn't think twice about checking their reviews. A BIG MISTAKE! I ended up paying $50 more than the quoted price plus the house was not cleaned at all, they even left one room out!
