Cleaning was excellent. Team Silver. We won the cleaning at a fundraiser. Recognizing they were fitting in an extra customer to their weekly schedule, even still, the arrival was off-putting. We were informed the team would arrive between 1-3 so I planned to be home by 1. I got a text at 12:09 they were on their way, and they let themselves into our house at 12:15 - without knocking, no doorbell, literally just walked in.
