2 years with Molly Maids – We've used Molly Maids for almost two years now twice a month and once to prepare for a gathering at our home. While from time time something may be overlooked, it's always something minor. Molly is better than Merry – They have been cleaning my house bi-monthly for over a year now and I have found them to be reliable and really really good. I had used Merry Maids prior to that but wasn't happy in that their service declined after a few months and my house wasn't getting as cleaned as when they started. Molly Maids started out cleaning my house immaculately and continues to do so a year into the contract. I am really pleased with them.

Molly Maid/Roanoke Valley – Molly Maid teams have been cleaning my house twice a month for more than ten years. I have found them to be competent, thorough, and helpful. Worst Maid Service I've Used – They charged me $90 to clean a one bedroom and to do two loads of laundry. You'd think that for that money the place would have been left in spic and span condition. It was not! They did not dust off the tops of picture frames or the window panes on my french doors. There were crumbs and dirt in the corners of the kitchen floor, the floor was improperly mopped (there was a film of dirt on it and I had to redo it when I got home), and the base boards were dirty throughout. WORST SERVICE – DO NOT USE!!! Worst service I've ever experienced from the cleaning to horrible management. First, I should have been wary about a company that charges by the hour for their use - they do as little as possible in the most amount of time they can. Guess that shouldn't be a big surprise and they do not disappoint in that regard. But aside from their actual poor cleaning, they damaged my property! Just awful – Terrible cleaning service. Overpriced. Do not pay any attention to detail. Did not even windex mirrors or dust windowsills. Unbelievable. For the average person, may be acceptable, but if you expect a level of clean which should be standard for a PROFESSIONAL service, you will surely be disappointed. Gave them multiple chances to redeem themselves and every time performed poorly.

A good & reliable maid service if you are looking for one – Saw a Molly Maid car one day while returning from work and how timely. The estimator was very professional and she customize the service according to our needs. The maids did an outstanding job especially in areas I have always had difficulty with.
