This place or team is really worth the call. They have a great team that will clean everything up and they clean it so well. They are so good, they have a lot of good people working for them.
Trustworthy individuals, in and out in a very timely fashion, place is really clean when the ladies leave, changing our sheets is a big plus, bonded, insured, and cheaper than we had been paying for a single individual just doing this as a sideline. We could not be happier, and regret not calling you years ago. I have recommended you to all my neighbors!"
I am so happy that I have Molly Maids clean my home, the team is professional and very thorough. I recommend them to anyone who is looking for a cleaning service.
My team are excellent. Always on time and thoroughly professional. They pay attention to detail and will always go the extra mile if you ask. Friendly and very competent in their work . Highly recommended.
"The house cleaning is very thorough. The maids are so friendly, professional and polite. It is easy to talk to them. When I make certain requests, they are more than happy to oblige. We are very pleased with their work!"
Great service. Very flexible with scheduling
They come in clean and leave with absolutely no problems.........
I have used Molly Maids biweekly for over a year and my team is awesome! Besides a wonderful job consistantly, they have had to work around construction crews (and their mess) with a job better than expected! Handled unexpected cancelations (my doing not thiers), willing to work us in asap afterwards with no lapse in service. Reliable, through and worth every cent for my peace of mind! I recommend them to everyone I know!
This company is terrible!! Do not use them! We used them for a move in clean and the "maids" that came did not clean at all! The floors were still dirty, counter tops dirty, cupboards were awful looking! I called to complain and they offered to have the same team who didn't clean the first time come out again. I asked for the manager to call me and I am still waiting for a response! They are awful, terrible business ethic! DO NOT USE them! LOOK ELSEWHERE!
Business response:
It is unfortunate the service was schedule when remodeling work was still in progress and the movers still to come. This include the carpet in the living room and breakfast nook to be removed. We even tried to offer a re-clean 4 days after the service was rendered but was declined.
