Always on time and they do a fast, thorough job.
They do a great job as family members have noticed a difference when visiting.
very easy to deal with, prompt, thorough, and reasonable.
Prompt, professional, thorough, pleasant, helpful - Ofice staff and employees are fantastic !!
Great customer service, work is done right! – Molly Maid team is thorough, staff doesn't hesitate to contact me with questions/concerns. Very neat and clean after every time they come to my home !
Molly is better than Merry – They have been cleaning my house bi-monthly for over a year now and I have found them to be reliable and really really good. I had used Merry Maids prior to that but wasn't happy in that their service declined after a few months and my house wasn't getting as cleaned as when they started. Molly Maids started out cleaning my house immaculately and continues to do so a year into the contract. I am really pleased with them.
A good & reliable maid service if you are looking for one – Saw a Molly Maid car one day while returning from work and how timely. The estimator was very professional and she customize the service according to our needs. The maids did an outstanding job especially in areas I have always had difficulty with. The bathrooms & kitchen look great & clean. The price is reasonable as we have shop around before deciding on signing up for the service. We have been a regular customer for about 6 months on an alternate week schedule an... read more
Happy camper with Molly Maid service ! – I used Molly Maid alternate weekly and they have delivered their service for more than a year in my home. The work done by the team has always been of good quality. Not flawless all the time but easily beats the other services I have tried the past few years. I can see they always tried hard to maintain consistency. Offers a fairly reasonable price relative to the other quotes I have seen when I was looking to try another service. Had several bad experiences with independants although... read more
Finally a maid service that delivers – Started with Molly Maid as an occasional one-time clean to check them out and ended up signing for regular service. Never turn back since !! The management are serious about quality of service and customer satisfaction. Price is not the cheapest but very reasonable for a maid service company. I have tried many others but can never find the right company that will attend to my needs. I am particular in details though. I would recommend them to anyone looking for honest, friendly & qualit... read more
