They did a nice job but left 1/2 hour early with other stuff that could have been done (inside windows in house, like last time would have been nice).
Failed "Deep Clean" – Management Prioritizes Speed Over Quality I am extremely disappointed in the service I received. I paid $500 for what was promised to be a thorough deep clean, specifically emphasizing that I am allergic to cats. 3 very nice women from The Maids of Glens Falls gave my house a pretty thorough cleaning - baseboards; glass door in oven (sparkling!); dusted, vacuummed, and mopped everwhere; cleaned some windows, fronts of cabinets/dishwasher/fridge/stove/stove hood; cleaned bathrooms, countertops. And throughout the process, they were lovely and pleasant. Pretty efficient in how they approached and divvied up the work. Worth every penny to get the house ready for company!
If I could give a higher rating, I would. I was thrilled with the job your team did. I am actually going to book again.
