Apartment Living not for everyone When we moved to Hernando 5 years ago, we rented an apartment at this complex. It was recently built and quiet at first. As more people moved in, the noise level increased. The final straw for me was when the office staff decided to throw a pool party for the complex complete with a live band and speakers. The staff refused to lower the volume of the speakers even though they knew our building (2 buildings away from pool) consisted of several families of night workers who were trying to slee... read more
