Hi I am a tenant here at The Madrid. I have only been here for 6 months and Oscar and Shannon have been a great help with me picking the right apartment that i needed. The community is very clean and quiet. I have not had any problems. The resident's I have met are very friendly. They have gone above and beyond in making me feel at home.
