Ever since the new maintanance team took over, everything is going to shit. I would love to post an updated review if my concerns are ever addressed. They mark off requests that arent completed. They refuse to do the job right, AC units outside need to be cleaned outside before they blow a compressor....thats why so many people are having ac and mold problems. The humidity is at 70%. Calls to management often go unanswered, and maintenance requests seem to go unnoticed or take far too long to be addressed. There are also serious concerns about mold in the apartments, which should be treated as a major health and safety issue. If you’re looking for responsive and reliable property management, this has been an extremely frustrating experience. The office is frequently out of the office during posted office hours, making it difficult to get help when you actually need it. Calls regularly go unanswered, and emails seem to disappear into the void with little to no response. The office staff is extremely unresponsive. Getting a call back or receiving any meaningful follow-up has been frustrating and time-consuming. What's also concerning is the number of glowing reviews that don't seem to match the actual experience. During my visit, I observed staff actively requesting visitors to leave positive reviews and even asking them to have friends leave reviews as well. This place is a joke. Been here going on 2 years and it's went down hill - this use to be a 5 star review. Management is always "out on property" no one answers the phones or emails. The emergency line for maintenance does not work. I've had numerous issues with leaks and now there's mold in my home. My mother just came home from a Bone Marrow transplant and they have 0 sense of urgency to fix this which was reported on 8/13 with no follow up as of yet (10:30AM 8/17 - called the office twice already, n answer).
