Very nice community, close to many shopping centers. Property manager Lorie has been amazing and helpful during entire process of moving here.
Please call me, my mail is in the mail room and cannot access it. I have reached out everywhere I can online. Called and texted the community manager about the key fob many times. 5 stars
This apartment complex is amazing. Grounds are well kept, staff is friendly and very safe. I I lived here for multiple months and will definitely be resigning. The head maintenance man, Kenny, is extremely professional and knowledgeable. Lori, the manager, has always been a delight and I am very happy with her honesty and drive to better the community. I would recommend renting here to any of my friends and family.
as a current resident, i absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for convenient franklin living! literally steps away from a kroger and goodwill, plus the management staff are the BEST! rent is fairly priced compared to the surrounding areas and the apartments themselves are spacious and QUIET!!! i rarely hear noise from my neighbors and we're placed far away from the main street so there's rarely any traffic noises. 5 stars all the way!!!!
