Horrible customer service The Maddox Shop had well-trained, courteous staff who really knew how to fit undergarments. What happened to them all? About one year ago, another customer and I waited almost an hour for service. She finally had to leave. As I walked to the back of the store, two sales associates were sitting in the office complaining and gossiping! Today (12/20/08) I had a $100 AmEx gift card and decided to use it there. Great for specialty fittings This shop was recommended to me by the seamstress who customized my wedding gown. I bought a beautiful bustier to wear under my gown. The salespeople worked with me to ensure a custom fit and yet the price was no more than if I had bought it at a major department store. Definitely a good deal if you need a special item that fits perfectly.
never again... Wow. This place was recommended to me by my bridal shop as a great place for under pinnings for well endowed females such as myself. Honestly, I've never owned a bra that fit properly. A lady there fit me with a Bustier. I could jump and I stayed in my strapless... what a revelation. I expressed concern that it might show out from under my dress, and the sales lady assured me that if there was any problem, I could bring it back. Great service, great selection!! On a recommendation, I went to The Maddox Shop. I have never been properly fitted and I have a hard to find size. The staff at The Maddox Shop were extremely helpful. I did have to wait as they were very busy, but when it finally came to be my turn, my fitter took her time with me to make sure I was getting exactly what I needed.
