I have been eating here for years. Today's lunch was very disappointing. I ordered the Philly Cheese Steak sandwich. The onions were burnt and the sandwich was just not good. Always has great servers.

This place has been around forever. There is a reason.
I just had the cheese steak chef salad with creamy italiam dressing. It was the best I have had in a long time!
Everytime we travel through Atlanta, no matter what, we schedule to either get to or going through Atlanta at lunch time just so we can eat here. I've had numerous authentic Philly Cheesesteaks in Philadelphia and in my opinion The Mad Italian is the best, hands down.

We come to Atlanta twice a year and always eat here. Great food and service. And always take a couple of quarts of the marinara sauce home to tide us over until the next trip.
