I have eaten there since the beginning. We stop when in the area. I have never gotten a bad plate of food. Can't say that about any other restaurant.....

Let me just start by saying i am a long time customer, i've been coming here for over 10 yrs and usually have a great server with a great experience. Today we had a server that made our experience by far the worst i've had from any restaurant. Rude and down right disrespectful to my family. To top it off our drinks sat empty for more than half of our lunch. The food was great as always but a bad server will sink a restaurant. You should really think about your staff and their approach towards customers.
Love the history, service and food. Best Philly Cheese in town.
