The Maclellan is proof that “People buy from people”. Relocating to a new town, the worry of fitting and and selecting the best neighborhood can at times be hard and challenging. I’m enjoying my apartment ???? The Maclellan is great! Maintenance is “at your service” dependable, and trustworthy ???? Amy is firm but very friendly and detail driven.???? Aris is pleasant, knowledgeable and excellent in describing what is being offered and answers questions well. ???? The building is beautiful and well kept. There is evidence of sanitizing and cleaning often. ?? Mattye
RecommendedLocation is perfect! Whether you’re looking to bike up to Signal mountain or go grab drinks on a Friday evening without having to drive. Quite the convenience being downtown and the staff is very accommodating! My dog has loved it as well (:

West Village is by far the best location to live in Chattanooga and The Maclellan is the best apartment I have ever lived in! The management and maintenance is outstanding!

Lived here since the building opened in 2017. The view is unparalleled and being so close to everything is amazing 😍. Will, our maintenance man, is so easy to work with and helpful with any issues that come up. We love living at the Maclellan!
