RecommendedI recently moved in to this community and it’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made! The office staff, especially the property manager Ashley, have been nothing short of amazing. You can tell they really take pride in their work by the way they treat their residents. The maintenance team seems to be on top of things around here as well. No parking, $110 per month water bill, forced to pay $35 per month for Valet Trash that does not come, AT&T never delivers service and stuck with Austin Energy even though we are in Pedernales EC zone. Whats not to love? Also hateful management, police cars at all hours, alarms always going off and German cockroaches skimming your sugar off the top. Whats not to love?
This place is soo amazing and the staff go above and beyond ! My move to Austin is so worth.

I have lived at The M at Lakeline for two years now (before it was even called The M) and I absolutely love it here. The apartments are beautiful, the location is great, and the most recent management has done an exceptional job of making this place a top notch complex. They are extremely friendly, helpful, and always accessible.
