I absolutely enjoy living here! The team here are genuinely warm and friendly and have created a really welcoming community. From my first 2 months here, there has been so many activities. From book club meetings to yoga on the roof and casual meetings over fruit and snacks. Maintenance team are also incredible - they're very responsive and usually come within a day. Lived here for four years and the start was amazing. The way our lease was terminated due to a small leak in our ceiling which we were willing to stay for repairs will always leave a horrible taste in my mouth. They provided no support and only gave moving out or moving to a new apartment mid lease at a higher rate as options. We had to fight to get our security deposit back after all of that and there was zero compassion as we were essentially kicked out of our home. It’s been two days since I moved in and things have been smooth so far. Josh and McKenzie have been super helpful with the move in process and also recommendations on things to do in a new city! There also seem to be be events and people don’t bite (unless you ask them to)
I love these apartments! I moved in almost 3 months ago and I have to say, it was the smoothest process. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. But, Josh is the most amazing person! He always has a smile on his face and greats me personally. I love the property and grounds. It's always clean and tidy. I feel really safe here with the night security. The rooftop deck is such a vibe, along with the maintained dog-run. All in all, I don't see myself leaving for a long time.
