We have lived her from the day the building opened and still love it. Yes, the rent is expensive, but, it’s Capitol Hill. If you look at equivalent buildings, it’s actually a tad cheaper than many. There are great perks, resident activities and I love everyone that works in the office. I often stop to chat with the office staff when I get my mail and they are all so nice. I think my only complaints are that I wish the townhome units had fences around them and that the fire alarm goes off way too often (although, there has ne... read more

Great apartments, wonderful rooftop, perfect location, excellent staff, nice residents and very dog friendly.
The Lyric used to be a community full of amazing people with office staff that cared, but by the time we left it was full of uptight assholes and the staff had completely stopped returning our calls and emails. If you want to be surrounded by a ton of people that think they're better then you and receive some of the worst customer service then this is definitely the place for you. I will say, the 1 star goes to the maintenance staff, they are some of the most kindhearted people I've ever met.
