We had a blast for our morning out :) wish there was pretzels and such also though
This was our first time going to The Lyon Theater! Just watched Lego Batman in 3D! The theater was clean and cozy and the girls at the ticket and concession counter were very nice :) Our popcorn was buttered perfectly in layers! We will definitely be coming back!
A good value and a great opportunity to support a business that supports the community.
Great small town theater with very reasonable pricing. I finally made it in to see a movie there after living here for nearly 4 years. Great experience and value, we will be coming back in the near future.
We went to the Canter fundraiser Harry and Snowman. Love the size of the theater but we were in the front row and it was incredibly cold, so much so it distracted from my ability to watch the great movie. I buttoned up my wool coat and had to put on gloves.
Business response:
I wonder if a door was left open when people leave out the exit doors. Will look at our setting again. Thanks for letting me know and I appreciate the feedback.
*edit*love the update * Been going here for 20 plus years.. Really like the new owners and how they show older movies. Good pricing on just about everything but my only complaint and has been since day one..are the seats. Im sure its an expensive fix, but man do they need an update!
Business response:
Thanks for your feedback and review! We are now able to working on replacing seats. We hope to seat 200 instead of 180 seats and the complexity with a seat is the slope of the floor which requires another similar type of seat (but new and comfortable). In the first year we have replaced/repaired the roof with leaks, heating & air conditioning, marquee panel & lights, and of course the exterior paint. Hope to see you at the theater!
Yesterday we went and saw their $2 movie. This was my first time here. I thought the theater itself was very cute and kid friendly (was my 2 year old son's first movie in a theater setting.) Prices were great compared to a bigger theater! Only problem was that I thought the floors were a little dirty. It didn't look cleaned up from the last movie that played.
Business response:
Thanks for being a new customer! We will continue to do a kid's movie once a month/school days off. I appreciate your feedback on the floors, I want to know if something was not up to our standards as well. We strive to be a clean, friendly, and reasonable priced place serving the people in our community. Hope to see you and your family for "Monster Trucks" or "Lego Batman" Coming Soon!
