We went the the Prairie Tap house last night, I ordered the BLT salad. The "B" was not cooked. I mean raw!!! Our waiter took it back to the Kitchen and said that the cook was very sorry and will be putting the "bacon through again" REALLY!! GROSS!

Definitely, being a new restaurant, there were some kinks to work out, but I can confidently say that they have done just that.
