Very humid apartments. Water gets into your apartment due to bad structure, resulting in mold on the windows. Most doors including the closet door, bedroom doors do not close at all. Very disappointed!
The Apartment is quite bad, they don't fix the A/C (Air conditioning), mold appears in the ceiling, and they don't even remove it! They just scrape it a bit and paint over it and it comes back again. There's also Cockroaches. Rent prices also keep on going up but I can't blame them. DC Area is quite expensive.

when you go to the office there is never the person and they say that they close at 5 PM and if you go to 3 PM the person is no longer why you always leave before the time
