I hate this place so much. Right now I'm in bed listening to these super loud leaf blowers that sound like chain saws. Just let the leaves be for a fucking day or so. I couldn't sleep last night because of people screaming in the pool until around 3am.The building has ants, they tried to get rid of them but they are everywhere. They shampoo the carpets in the hallways fairly often, which makes the whole building smell like mold for a week. Oh, and they still haven't set up my call box. I moved here in NOVEMBER.
Excellent customer service. Quick response to any issue, large or small. It's like living at a resort close to downtown Seattle and all amenities. Family BBQs at the pool are priceless!
Great management!! They actually fought for me to be able to get on a lease with my g/f after i paid off a credit blemish. Im super pleased. Tanning bed and gym are great too.
