The Luxe is such a great place to live. The staff is super sweet and makes sure that everything is perfect for you!
Living 5 hours away, I was looking to relocate to New Braunfels. Because of the distance, I was unable to commute to tour, however Justin took care of that for me! He answered every question I had and even FaceTimed me to show me what my apartment would look like! Excellent customer service and I haven't even signed a lease here yet! I am looking forward to calling Luxe at Creekside my new home!
Went to tour the property today and it was a great experience! The property is beautiful and you are definitely getting what you pay for. The woman who gave us a tour was supper friendly and professional this place is definitely at the top of our list!
I love it here. I leased my apartment the same day as I was shown the apartment. The amenities are amazing and so convenient. I moved to the New Braunfels area and out of all the apartments I toured. I chose this one. It was suck an easy process. Make this your new home today and tell them I sent you. �
Today, my girlfriend and I went to look at the property. We were not welcomed upon arrival. We were later approached by a non socially friendly leasing agent. He appeared to be profiling us by our age and casual appearance. He was evasive, did not ask open ended questions nor did he offer any literature or information regarding current pricing. He was uninterested in providing any information regarding the property. He appeared as if we were wasting his time.
Had a great experience viewing the Luxe today! Very impressed with the staff and am looking forward to hopefully moving in! Can’t wait to make that pool mine!!!😶👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼❤️❤️❤️ The nicest “apartments” (more like resort) in NB!
Just toured the property and signed my lease with Ashland today! The place looks amazing and the staff was very informative and easy to work with! Can’t wait to move in!!
Such an easy and fast experience with The Luxe. Ashland was very helpful and accomadating. Highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a place!
