no security officer @ this complex. they need one badly!
decent apartments but A LOT OF THEFT!!! vehicle theft and theft off my porch even when things were locked down! appartment does not care and does not do anything to help! the "gated community" feel means nothing. for the price i expect at least a little more help or at very least cooperation with the police. very unhappy with the complex for its security, but as long as you dont mund your stuff being stolen with 0% chance of getting it back they are nice apartments!
Yall I'm sorry but the luxe apartments here in new Braunfels are complete trash! Not even 4 months in and Garrett's motorcycle was vandalized now his bicycle was stolen , and it's not even because it's an apartment complex I live at the ranch apartments and it's less secure then the luxe and nothing ever gets stolen or messed with! The stories iv heard from other people who live at the luxe is crazy so note to self if anyone is interested in moving to new Braunfels stay away from the luxe its by far the worst complex here in... read more

RecommendedI love this place! I had a car accident at the entrance and Rachel stayed WAY past working hours and waiting with me! She went above and beyond and I truly appreciate it. I highly recommend the luxe!

RecommendedLove living at this place. So much that we just renewed our lease last month for another 13 months. Staff are always on point (especially Chris, ask for him if you come in for a tour) and really friendly. The pool is of course probably the best part about living here, but, the different things they do for the residents every month is the icing on the cake.
