Caveat Emptor If you know nothing about your car and the maintenance it requires, this place will hose you in a heartbeat. I have watched (and intervened) on several occasions where the top side technicians (usually young inexperienced kids) use guilt and fear tactics to scare (mostly women) into buying services they don't need.

Extreme Convenience! I have to say that I love the Lube Center, and I will ashamedly admit, it is because I don't have to get out of my car! Everytime I've been there, the wait has been minimal and the staff is extremely friendly and efficient. Great service for busy moms with little ones that it is hard to get in and out of the car!

Excellent service but pricey 10 minute oil changes while you sit in your car. Worked out great when I needed an oil change and my son was asleep in the back in his car seat. I didn't even have to get out of the car. They offered me other services of course, but I declined them all. Pricey though. $50 for an oil change! Ouch! Worth it I guess if you are in a rush or your child is sleeping and you don't want to get out of the car.

Be careful, especially with foreign cars, just do the oil, nothing else Every time I bring my 2000 Passat they claim my power steering needs to be flushed because it no longer is green. Since I recently had the PS flushed by the dealer I suspected something. It turns out that volkswagen uses a specific mineral oil (only sold there and online) in the PS and conventional PS fluid will ruin the system. Another time they wanted to change the pollen filter. Well he got it out, but couldn't put the new one in. I had to show him ho... read more

The Best Place For All Service Needs! This is a chore I typically HATE and DREAD doing! The Lube Center is super professional, courteous and the price is right on for the service you get. You feel secure when you leave there that you were treated fairly and in my experience, better than ANYWHERE else I've been! I'm going to be a loyal customer.

Great, Fast Oil Change If you are looking for an oil change, but don't want to pay the high prices at the dealer or at other high end places like Jiffy Lube, I would highly recommend going to The Lube Center. They have expert service technicians who do nothing but oil changes. You don't even need to get out of your car when they do the oil change, and it is very quick. There's usually a line of cars waiting when I go, but it is still much faster than going to the dealer. They also don't charge an arm and a leg.

Good Car Wash, but not the best If you're looking for a good car wash, at a reasonable price, you should give Germantown Auto Spa a try. They hand wash the car, including the wheels. I would recommend having a coupon though. You can get the coupon either from the back of the Giant grocery receipts or in the local phone book. Sometimes you also see coupons in the local paper. Without the coupon, it doesn't make sense to go to this place. They do a fairly good job, but try to hit them when they don't have a long line of cars, ... read more

Ok service , bad prices The Lube Center , home of the 10 minute oil change. The oil change is 10 minutes but is pretty expensive. Not the best prices in the world. The parking lot is not set up well. People are coming in and out to the gas station on the corner next to this business so its hard to get in and out of. The waiting area to sit at while you wait for your car is very small. A few chairs inside and a bench outside.Which is not great in the summer months in the high heat.

Quick, great service I love going to get my oil changed here, if I am in a rush. It only takes 10 minutes tops and I dont even have to get out of the car. I think that is their best feature, especially if you have kids. They are also always friendly! The company is a great one to work .
