If you are trying to be a restaurant and not a bar with bar food, the food needs to be good. This place serves below average food, but charges restaurant prices. Monroe is not a hot spot for good food, but was hoping this would a good spot to eat/drink and was completely wrong. Also, 1/2 price wine on football sunday? Again, do you want to be a bar or restaurant? Very confusing. Bar atmoshere and bar food with restaurant prices.
