Great Place Good experience living here so far. It has had a few hiccups but overall staff has been helpful and maintenance quick.
This is a TERRIBLE Apartment. Avoid at all costs. 1.) Wifi is unusable. In an apartment complex for students?? 2.) Cell phone service is unavailable. We could never talk to our daughter on the phone while she was in the apartment. That is a safety issue! Why not use WIFI Calling? See first issue. 3.) MOLD issues that have affected my daughters health. We have two months left in rent, and she can no longer live in the apartment. They offered "another bed" like this is some kind of hotel. 4.) Not impressed Representative that gave the tour was very helpful but the office operations seemed chaotic and it was very noticeable. Based on recent reviews, it’s clear there are mixed signals or fake reviews being left? Pricing is a bit above average, but definitely would be willing to pay the pricing if the quality of management reflected such. Lots of pros as far as what is offered but It seems staff is hard to keep, not inclined to lease somewhere with revolving staff that doesn’t even want to deal with the place. Bette... read more
Awful for the price It is always a hassle to deal with the crappy management here. Parking, trash pickup, mail delivery, it’s all difficult and annoying. For how much it costs, it just shouldn’t be this bad. They just decided to switch internet providers in the middle of the semester and there’s been no wifi for weeks. This is not a good place to live, look somewhere else.
Great Place to live! I came in to tour the property and was stunned by how professional the front desk staff was. I also took a tour with Mateo, who was super helpful.
Beautiful apartments I came to tour the lofts and Cameron was super knowledgeable and helpful! The property is gorgeous and in a great location.
Over Priced The Lofts was over priced for its location relative to school. Many of the treadmills in the gym did not work and you could not pick up your package if the front desk was closed. When I first moved in, my room did not have a bed and some other furniture that was supposed to come with a "fully furnished" apartment. The couch had blood on it from the previous tenants so we had to get it replaced immediately. Terrible Management/Staff, Extra Fees, and Internet Issues When I moved in the apartment was dirty and there was mold growing on the AC vents and AC unit in the utility closet. There was also a lot of junk left by the previous tenants. My room was also very dirty and we had to completely clean it. The walls were freshly painted, but the carpet was stained and had hair/food bits all over it. Lofts Apartments Such a neat place! Townhomes have so much space. The gym is also 2 stories and super nice!
