I know my rating may seem a little "low" but I have plenty to say about these apartments having lived here for 2 years, in 2 different units. One 600+ sqft apartment, another 900+ sqft apartment with my wife. The smaller apartment was river facing, larger was "urban facing", both on the 3rd floor. Let's start with the good.
