Do you like overflowing trash, bird feces in the breezeway, on your front door and being attacked by kamikaze sparrows? How about dog feces, and just overall bad maintenance. I move in June the 1st 2019, I moved out May 28th 2020, I received a bill for $1,861.61 minus my deposit of $400.00, I left the apartment in better shape than I received it.
