Hands down one of my favorite places I've lived!! My penthouse has a wonderful wrap around balcony with a perfect view of downtown Dallas and SMU not to mention the priceless sunsets every evening. I love the floor to ceiling, wall to wall windows and the contemporary style the lofts have. We absolutely love living here! The lofts are modern while still retaining the historical feel, and the gym and rooftop pool offer great views of downtown! The staff has always been incredibly friendly and helpful whenever you need something. Nice community for pets as well. We would 100% recommend this to anyone!
Moved here six weeks ago and I have no regrets. The industrial look, soon-to-come coffee bar, and rooftop pool are unmatched by anyone else. The level of customer service is superior! The location is conveniently located to the best Dallas has to offer. Guaranteed to have friendly neighbors!
Truly unique industrial style lofts with tons of shops and amenities at your doorstep. Leasing office and maintenance are quick to respond to all inquiries.
We have absolutely enjoyed living here - and we've lived a lot of places in Dallas - this is one of the best and easiest properties to love!The lofts are really unique and funky, and the staff is always very warm and makes you feel at home. We love the surrounding neighborhood and the complex itself has so much to offer! Highly recommend!!
