Zero peace. Road noise and bass boxes will keep you up all night. Looks like a really cool complex at first, until you move in. Neighbors are fussy/odd. Laundry room is a joke. Bad smells and toxic wash water. Homeless all around the complex. AC didn't work well. Apartment was a 5 out of 10 as far as mid grade units go. Nothing really worked. When it did, not very well.
