My husband and I have lived here for almost two years and have had the best experience. It is such a great building to live in. The lofts themselves are beautiful and the community here is amazing! Denise and Curt are wonderful landlords. They are timely with their response and go above and beyond to make the building a great place to live!
Denise and Curt are the kind of landlords every tenant hopes for. They’re quick to take care of repairs and always listen when questions or concerns come up. They put thought into choosing tenants who will be good neighbors, and they go out of their way to make sure everyone feels safe and comfortable where they live. I lived here for several years and had a wonderful experience. The finishes in the lofts are top notch, the rotating art in the common spaces is stunning, the management is responsive and focused on problem-solving. No complaints!
These are by far some of the nicest and best-designed lofts in the city. I rented a 2BR 2BA loft for a little over a year and had an overall positive experience. I only left because I didn’t need all the extra space. I had one building-related issue during my stay, but the owners were very accommodating and flexible while dealing with it. I lived here for about a year and half and it was such a magical place! I moved to Missouri from Wisconsin, taking over another tenant's lease and Denise made the transition so easy and helped me be able to move to a new state with confidence! Aside from the beautiful space, it was clean and move in ready for me. Maintenance was always conducted in a timely manor. I cannot describe the effect being literally surrounded by art had on me.
