My apartment is lovely, spacious, very quiet, and has high ceilings, great architectural elements, and a terrific view. I lived at the Lofts for 12 years and recommend it highly. The apartments are very solid making it nearly impossible to ever hear anything from your neighbors. The staff is very pleasant and helpful - most of them were there the entire duration of my stay. The only reason I left was to purchase a home and had I decided to continue renting, I would have stayed forever. Great value for Center City and I had nothing but positive experiences.
