I was a bit apprehensive going into a salon with the pandemic, but the lengths the staff have taken are spot on! From entering to leaving, I felt that the staff was committed to keeping themselves and their clients completely safe. Thank you. Shout out to Mary Kate, I love my hair!

Had my first, but not last, appointment at the Loft last weekend. My stylist was Tanya. I highly recommend her! She definitely listened to what I was wanting to do with my hair color and style. Tanya made some great suggestions and I am so happy I went with them. My cut and color are great!! Loving it!!
It has taken me years to find a stylist who takes time to listen & achieve highlights I've been requesting. Last salon totally jacked up my hair color & Cara at the Loft took time to listen & worked diligently to repair the damage. Finally, after searching many years for someone just to listen - I've found my home salon. The staff were very friendly, helpful & you could tell they work together as a family. Thank you Cara & The Loft!
I seriously could not ask for a better experience than what I received today. I hadn’t gotten my haircut in like a year and a half and was seriously so in need of some hair love and Cara was absolutely AMAZING. Not only does my hair look and feel better than it ever has, she was so kind, listened to my requests, and we had the best conversation. I am so thankful that someone recommended The Loft Salon to me and even more thankful that I happened to be scheduled with Cara.
Tabitha was the first stylist I used after moving to the Cumming area and she hit it out of the park on the first visit. Always does a great job on my cut and color. I have a lot of hair so I'm sure it's a challenge but she is awesome. I always get so many compliments after my visit too. Can't ask for more than that!
