My stylist was wonderful and I always enjoyed my cut. Prior to one of my appointments I was contacted to see if I could switch my appointment time. I’m flexible and friendly and I happily did so. Prior to my very next appointment I was again contacted to change my time. Not only did it not work for me, but I chose that time because it works best for me. I was flexible once but did not want to ask to be changed every time. Without my consent my appointment was changed. I did leave message to cancel new time as it didn’t work ... read more
