Visited for the first time today. Justin was very thorough about asking my preferences and wishes. I left with a great cut and an enjoyable experience!
My first time at the Loft, the atmosphere is amazing, and Justin did his magic. I am in love with my hair.. I originally gave a five star review, I have been going to Justin about a year for my hair service, as of late he has been rushed every time I go in. I recently asked for more blonde in my hair which was done, however it’s not all the way to the root, and multiple different blonde shades. Absolutely speechless at my hair results. For not letting anyone touch my hair for over 22 years I can confidently say this is the only salon I will ever trust with my hair. Went in for a Brazilian blow out. I went in with my hair up in a tangled messy bun. I left feeling like I just stepped off the red carpet. Not only did my hair go from dry, brittle and frizzy to soft shiny and sleek, but their hospitality was amazing as well. Justin walked me through each step of the process and then aftercare.
