I run a taxi service in Laurel, Mississippi. I love my job. One of the things that really makes it enjoyable is showing our our-of-town guests this beautiful city. 7-29-14 this was my first time to go and the waitress were talking about us right behind the wall and we could hear every thing said! Not coming back!!!!!!!! I would like to update this review! The manger/owner Lori is awesome because she worked really hard to find out why we were upset! I thank her for trying to fix the problem! Thank you Mrs. Lori for helping us I am changing my rating! WAY TO GO!!!!!!!!!!!!

My understanding of this is that you asked for another table to pay your check and the server felt uncomfortable approaching the other guests to ask them to pay your check if this is incorrect please contact me directly 6013231005 I have tried to resolve this with you but when you don't respond to a manager/owner and place things online for negativity only nothing can be addressed properly
We held a party at the Loft and the service was absolutely terrible! Even after we complained about the service, the manager NEVER came to check on us. It was so bad some of our party didn't get their entree! We were seated outside in 100 degree weather(which they stated we requested!!...not), however it would have been somewhat tolerable if we had received decent service.
