We LOVE The Loft on Central and their employees! The Bone-in Pork Chop cooked medium is our favorite! The owner is so nice and always takes time to thank us for coming.
I’m hoping last night was an exception. It is the first time we have been and we waited 10 minutes before anyone showed up at the hostess desk. After being seated we waited 25 minutes before anyone even acknowledged we were seated. The only reason we had drinks was because my husband had gone to the bar to get them. After ordering we had to ask multiple times for refills and then our entrees were brought out and I had to remind them we didn’t get our salads. The food was good but the service left much to be desired.

We apologize for what was not a normal dining experience last evening. There was a venthood issue in the kitchen that evening which manged to throw quite a few wrenches into a busy Friday evening. Feel free to contact us and we will happily take care of your meal on your next visit.
Awesome service and excellent food. Positively melt in your mouth. Nice quiet atmosphere. A bit pricey for the average Joe but well worth the money.
